Overview
Instead of generating and sending each invoice by hand, GST Pro can email the invoice automatically at the moment you choose — typically on order creation or fulfillment.
Before you start
- Email setup complete and a test email delivered.
- GST configuration and HSN codes done, so auto-sent invoices are correct.
Steps
Turn on automatic emails
In Settings → Email, enable automatic sending and pick the trigger — on order creation or on fulfillment.
(Optional) Drive it with Shopify Flow
For advanced rules — only certain order tags, values, or destinations — trigger GST Pro from Shopify Flow so invoices send only when your conditions are met.
Place a test order
Create a test order (or fulfill one) and confirm the invoice email is generated and delivered to the customer automatically.
Result
Every qualifying order automatically emails a GST invoice to the customer — no manual step.
