Install GST Pro

Install GST Pro from the Shopify App Store, grant the required permissions, and open the app for the first time.

Overview

GST Pro is an embedded Shopify app that generates GST-compliant invoices, credit notes, and packing slips for your store. This page covers installing the app, the permissions it needs, and what you'll see on first launch.

Steps

Install from the Shopify App Store

Open the GST Pro listing and click Install. Shopify will show you the list of permissions the app requests.

Review and approve permissions

GST Pro requests read access to your orders, products, customers, fulfillments, and locations, and write access to products, orders, customers, and files. These are required to read order data, write HSN/GST metafields to products, and store generated invoice PDFs.

Click Install to approve.

Open GST Pro for the first time

After installing, GST Pro opens inside your Shopify admin. New stores start on the latest V2 experience (new template editor, product setup, and tax service). You'll land on the app home with setup prompts.

Result

GST Pro is installed and open in your Shopify admin, with all permissions granted. You're ready to add your GST details.
